- A clear photo of any Government-approved Identity Documents. such as your Driver’s license, Bio Page of your Passport, and National Identity Number (NIN) for our Nigerian Users. Make sure your Documents are valid for at least 6 more months.
- Live selfie revealing the corners of your face.
- Personal details including your residential address, mailing address, and digital signature.

Please be advised that the entire application process typically spans 2-4 weeks for card issuance. Once the card is shipped out by DHL, you will receive an email from them with tracking information so you can monitor the shipment’s progress.
What if my KYC failed?
If your KYC fails, you will receive an email requesting resubmission. Simply visit https://app.bananacrystal.com/cards/requests/new to resubmit your KYC documents.
Which countries are restricted for KYC?
The following countries/jurisdictions are restricted for KYC:

- South Sudan
- Iran
- Russian Address
Is there a way to have full anonymity?
