How to track the card delivery?
Once your card is processed, DHL will email you a tracking number for your shipment. You can use this number to monitor the delivery progress. The entire process, from applying to receiving the card, typically takes 2-4 weeks.
If you haven’t received any emails, please share your wallet address so we can check your application status at support@bananacrystal.com.
Can I change my delivery address after submitting my application?
To change your delivery address, please provide:
- Full name
- Email address
- New delivery address
We’ll promptly update your account details. However, if your card has already been delivered, we’re unable to change the delivery location.

I never received my card. What should I do?
