What should I do if my card transaction is declined or fails?
⚠️Action Item: Identify the Problem If your card transaction is declined or fails, please consider the following factors and steps:
- Ensure that your card has a minimum balance of $10 to avoid transaction failures.
- For online payments or transactions exceeding $20,000, please fill out the form to activate our VIP Bypass feature: Kindly indicate the duration you’ll need this feature activated.
- Note that transactions at gas stations using “Pre-Authorization” may be declined by Visa. This method is commonly used by hotels (hotel deposits), gas stations, and other merchants.
- If your transaction fails, it could be due to the website being flagged as high-risk by the bank and lacking 3D security. Please provide us with details so we can investigate:
- The last 4 digits of your card
- Merchant name
- Transaction amount
- Date of transaction
- Error message received (if any)
- A brief description of the issue
- Screenshot of the error message (if available)
- Our support team will investigate the issue and provide appropriate assistance.
